Hello!
My name is Lauren, I'm a kiwi, lucky enough to be living in Queenstown.
I have been training in a gym since I was a teenager. I was never very good at sport or massively athletic, however, the gym and weight training was something I really enjoyed, as made me feel amazing and I was able to turn it into a skill I could practice for years to come.
I never thought down the track I would become a qualified personal trainer and help others on their own strength training and self confidence journeys...
Now that I am here, there is nothing I would rather be doing.
Helping people strive for a strong body that they love and feel confident in is something I am hugely passionate about and I feel privileged everyday to share that passion with others.
For me, strength training is not only about building physical strength; it's also about developing mental resilience. It provides the means to push your limits in ways you never thought possible and empowers you by showcasing what your body is truly capable of achieving.
After helping many clients over the years on their strength training and self love journeys, I am now ready to share my knowledge and experience with you online!

Online Exercise Coaching
This service provides you with the support, guidance and expertise you need to reach your strength goals.
I will create a personalised exercise program tailored to your lifestyle, equipment accessibility, likes or dislikes, and provide you with video demonstrations for exercises. Plus, you'll get weekly check ins to ensure you stay on the right track!
